• Processing & Shipping Time

  • Processing time: 5 business days (order verification, packing, and handover to the carrier)

  • Shipping time: Approximately 12-15 business days via air freight

  • Total delivery time: 17-20 business days from the date your order is placed

• Villa Chandeliers & Oversized Lighting

  Due to their size and production requirements, villa chandeliers and oversized lighting fixtures require approximately 12 business days for preparation and quality inspection before shipment. After dispatch, shipping generally takes 12–15 business days. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 24–27 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier performance.

• For large orders, sea freight may be arranged.
• All items are shipped with protective wooden frames, and damaged products will be replaced free of charge.

Warranty:
